By the end of the episode, Bes' father rips out the childhood pictures of his son as a sign that they had given up on him. But in order to save their reputation, they choose to disinherit him, blaming him for the mess they're in. When the Jordans saw the Buff Clan attacking the Solo Ship, they realize what their son had been up to. Later, he confesses to Cosmo that he has to cut ties with his parents in order to save them from the war that he and the crew brought. The reunion is very painful for Bes that he doesn't want to look at them and prevents his father from opening the door while trying to explain to them that he's trying to do the right thing. ![]() Then, the generals bring in Bes' parents to persuade him to follow their orders. ![]() Bes decides not to because he knows Ideon's power is very dangerous that if it falls into the wrong hands, it could end the universe. The Earth's military order him to surrender Ideon and the Solo Ship them in exchange for a promotion and a reunion with his parents. Episode 31 is very painful to watch most especially if you're a fan of Bes.After wiping out a third of the Buff Clan forces, Cosmo screams in anguish which also causes Ideon itself to give out a heartwrenching roar as if it can sense Cosmo's pain. At that point, Cosmo gains his resolve to fight and board Ideo-Delta. Cosmo tries to save her but she died right in front of him. When the Buff Clan attacked the base, Camyula gets crushed by falling debris. Later, he's taken care of by Camyula Lanban, an officer stationed in Braziller base who reminds him of his mother. Earlier, Cosmo is suffering from PTSD after he got cornered by the Buff Clan. Episode 14 is where the tragedy and horror are about to start.This pointless life! I'm not going to accept it! At that very moment of discovery, a humanoid alien civilization known as the "Buff Clan" comes across Solo. On the planet Solo a group of archeologists come across the mysterious remains of the Ideon-three large armored trucks with the ability to transform into the godly mecha. Space Runaway Ideon begins in 2300 AD, far enough in the future that mankind has begun colonizing other planets. Its mechanical designers were Submarine(series) & Higuchi Yuuichi(movies) and its characters were designed by Kogawa Tomonori. Ideon was created and directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino, and was the series he produced immediately following his most famous work, Mobile Suit Gundam. Space Runaway Ideon (伝説巨神イデオン Densetsu Kyojin Ideon), also known as Legendary Giant God Ideon, was an animated television series that aired on Japanese television from 1980 to 1981, followed by two feature films released in 1982.
